* I was naughty + didnt have breakfast

*salad - handful of mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, lemon + black pepper SAFCOL salmon
Dinner
* I made a very strange concoction consisiting of cabbage leaves (as my 'toast') 2 slices of low fat salami, 3 slices of cheese & two fried eggs with cracked pepper (remember I am not looking at fat content just carbs... I can have as much fat as a want, but I choose not to). Was sooooo good!
Snack
*2 tbsp yoghurt + almonds
Dessert
*NA
Beverage
*1.4L water
*coke zero
* 2 mugs green tea
