Sparkles + Dreams


* Knit yourself a scarf for this coming winter - it's already rather chilly...

* Purchase - or even make yourself some funky hair clips (I heart hair accessories!)

* Bake cupcakes for your friends, mother (mother's day is next weekend!) or co-workers. decorate them with coloured icing + nonpareils <3

* Take a walk along the beach. it will clear your mind, make you feel fresh and rejuvenated.

* Think of a person who has made a huge difference or impact in your life, write a letter addressed to them. This person can be someone who's past, a celebrity who inspires you, or someone you see everyday.

* Braid your hair.

* Cook your lover a wonderful meal. let them know how much you love + appreciate them.

* Start a collection of something.

* Go to a yoga or pilates class. You'll feel fantastic, most of the classes have meditation afterwards. If you like it, continue the classes each week. If yoga isn't your thing, try dancing out, or trivia nights, maybe even an art class!

* Write a list of what you are grateful for this week.
