* 3 tbsp greek yoghurt, honey, 16 almonds - I only ate half as I did not have a huge appetite, I ate the rest at morning tea

* salad - consisting of shredded cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower, cucumber, grated cheese + SAFCOL salmon

* cabbage + vegetable soup... well it was more of a broth
