... my last splurge prior to my "diet plan" commencing tomorrow... probably wasn't such a great idea to eat as much as I did, my stomach is going crazy *gurgle grumble gurgle*.
Breakfast
* Up & Go - chocalate flavour
Lunch
* left over homemade potato salad (recipe coming) and
*two chicken kebabs - consisting of chicken breast, capsicum, onion and mushroom in a garlic, chilli and soy marinade
Dinner
*left over tuna and mushroom pasta bake(which had been frozen)
Snack
*nacho cheese shapes & home made avocado dip (recipe to come)
Dessert
*bowen mango icecream
Beverage
*water
*can of lemonade
Now obviously, you can see carbs are my downfall. But this is going to change from tomorrow! A healthier approach in my meal choices = equalling a happy, sexy goddess at the end of it all :D

I know you can do it just try not to deny yourself the things you want. Carbs get me every time! I am trying to have more fruits and the 100 calorie cookies :)
Thankyou Laura <3 The girls I work with have a big morning tea every day - pastries, chips, flavoured crackers. It didn't bother me yesteday but today my craving began... hehe I will not give in though! I have to agree - Those 100 calorie cookies are reallly goood! <3
