Tea + Toast

Breakfast
* 3 heaped tbsp. natural greek yoghurt (the lowest carb count I could find) with 12 almonds

Lunch
* salad consisting of baby spinach, 1/4 cup sliced cucumber, small tomato, low fat grated cheese, 1 sliced mushroom, packet SAFCOL Salmon Pouch Mediterranean Style

Dinner
* palm size portion porterhouse steak - salt + peppered, with vegies - brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage - shredded, zuccini, little bit of sliced carrot - all steamed.

Snack
* 12 more almonds

Dessert
* NA

Beverage
* coffee, no fat milk - no sugar
* black tea
* pepsi max
