Tea + Toast


Breakfast
* 3 tbsp natural greek yoghurt, 1 tsp honey, with 12 almonds

Lunch
*salad consisting of baby spinach, 1/4 cup sliced cucumber, 1 sml tomato, 1 mushroom sliced, 1/2 cup shredded cabbage, 1/2 avocado, sprinkle of low fat grated cheese, palm size porterhouse steak sliced thinly in strips, pepper.

Dinner
* bowl of steamed vegies - cabbage, zuccini, brocolli, cauliflower and parsley - wasn't very hungry tonight

Snack
* 16 almonds (the carb cravings have commenced... but I'm sticking to my guns! oh and I can have up to 30 almonds a day!!!)

Dessert
* 1/2 apple

Beverage
* water
* coffee, 1 equal, no fat milk
* pepsi max
