Tea + Toast

Breakfast
* special k + physical no fat milk

Lunch
* home made BLT (with egg + beetroot for me) on fresh wholemeal bread

Dinner
* hotdogs with ketchup, mustard, sauerkraut, cheese in a hotdog roll :D (we watched the travel channel showing famous hotdog stores in USA - craved them bad - especially after eating nothing for 3 days)

Snack
* iceblock - pear + peach flavour

Dessert
* NA

Beverage
* water - 1.5L bottle
* pepsi max
* green tea with camomile
